Two weeks ago, I stumbled upon an intriguing underground air raid bunker in the woods. Curious about its potential, I returned with a wood stove, a backpack of supplies, and spent 24 hours there. The warmth of the stove was comforting, and after cooking up some delicious meals, I slept in a hammock. My exploration extended into the surrounding woodland, where I discovered additional shelters. However, one feature that piqued my curiosity was a concrete slab with a hole near the entrance of one bunker.
Upon my initial investigation, I couldn't lift the slab. It seemed like there might be a compartment underneath. Speculations ranged from it being a tunnel connecting the bunkers to a drainage system designed to prevent flooding. Despite searching the surrounding area for any signs of piping or drainage, I found none. Some suggested it could be a storage area or even a makeshift toilet.
