Nora, a hardworking young man, has always dreamed of becoming an adventurer. Despite his dedication and efforts, his lack of talent only allowed him to master one basic skill. As a child, he worked tirelessly to help his ailing mother, taking care of the animals and supporting her as best he could. Before heading up to the hills to tend to the goats, his mother reminds him to stay safe and not to go past the rocks she has set up as a boundary.
Later that evening, as Nora prepares soup for his mother, he is devastated to find that she has passed away. After burying her, he resolves to honor her final wish by pursuing his dream of becoming an adventurer, even though he has no significant talents. He continues with his daily routine but feels increasingly lonely in his now empty house.
