In a heart-wrenching scene, a small puppy lay on the street, convulsing and whimpering in pain. Abandoned by its owner due to physical disabilities and cruelly kicked by sanitation workers, the tiny creature's plight seemed dire. Despite numerous pedestrians passing by, no one offered assistance until rescuers arrived in response to a distress call. Swiftly, they transported the injured puppy to a hospital for urgent care.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the puppy, affectionately named Qi Zai, was examined thoroughly. X-rays and a full-body assessment revealed severe congenital disabilities, including underdeveloped forelimbs, incomplete brain development, and an open skull closure. Additionally, external injuries had caused fluid accumulation, compressing its delicate nerves. At only two months old, Qi Zai was a fragile Pomeranian with only two teeth and a weakened body.
