In reality, consistently clear urine could indicate that you are drinking more water than your body needs, which can lead to serious health issues, including a condition known as water intoxication.

Our kidneys are designed to filter approximately 0.8 to 1 liter of water per hour. When water intake exceeds this amount, particularly if you're consuming more than 1 liter per hour, it can overwhelm your kidneys and dilute the sodium in your blood. This condition, known as hyponatremia, can lead to water intoxication—a dangerous imbalance that can have severe consequences.
